I believe I got mine at Bed Bath & Beyond. Now that you say that I recell using a smaller than crib size waterproof pad when my son was a baby. It covered like half the crib and it was so helpful at night when his diaper leaked. I would not have to change the entire crib in the middle of the night. I would just remove that pad and replace it with another. The one we had could go on top or on the bottom of the sheet. My son was little so we just laid it on top of sheet and laid him on top of pad. Worked really well for a very long time. I also used it when they got older and were sick.
