How long for refund?

Just had to cancel a cruise booked on NCL. We canceled well before the final payment due date and were assured by the booking agent that we would be refunded 100% of our deposit and payments made. I'm curious if anyone has any experience with canceling a cruise with Norwegian and how long they had to wait for a refund.

I did cancel a cruise thru an NCL booking and a credit was on my card in minutes, now if you go thru a TA you could be waiting awhile, or not. Call the person you booked with and ask.

I had to canx a ncl cruise on the spirit (since re-booked) If i remember right it took about three weeks total. Part was on a credit card which was received back as a credit and the rest was a check. The canx was due to a medical reason and NCL was great about the whole thing!!

I booked through NCL and I had to cancel 2 cruises that were planned in one year. The deposit for both showed up the next day even though I was told it could take one billing cycle.
