Legend or Valor same itinerary, which one?

Ship-wise, I like the layout of the Valor better. Buffet lines were better, two dining rooms instead of one (the Legend had a HUGE line to get in every night - the Valor never had that), and I liked the nightclub layout better on the Valor.

Port-wise, Tampa. Hands down. Much more organized - practically no line to check in, and we were off in a snap. Although I haven't been there in a couple of years, the port of Miami was a pain every time. Also, ground transportation in Tampa is much less expensive than Miami. I guess that's because the airport is closer to the cruiseport in Tampa.

The evening venues on Valor are all clustered near each other along the Promenade deck making for much more active nightlife.

The Legend has a lot fewer passengers and an easy to use layout. It sails from Tampa which is an easy port to sail from; airport nearby, Sunshine bridge etc.

It just depends what you are looking for in your cruise. Both are terrific ships.
