Hotel in South Beach, FL

Does anyone know of a moderately priced hotel in the Miami/South Beach area?

There's zillions of reviews, etc. But as a native, what you consider cheap and what I consider cheap for Miami are two different things. Out of towners are often "shocked" at the "high prices" of our area, when we are used to them being market rate. People will labor for hours on hotwire, etc and many do get a good rate for a decent hotel, but like all things "let the buyer beware". If your comign to Miami, plan on paying a higher price for most things and then you won't have anything to complain about..Menina
