It is illegal to hunt/kill turtle and Iguans, Some do it but PLEASE do not contribute. There are very few snakes so I doubt you will find it either. Most conch and a lot of Lobster is also harvested illegaly contributing to their reduced numbers. Most "odd" foods that are eaten by locals cannot be fount in most restaurants if any. Hopefully some restaurants will take advantage of the lionfish invasion and start offering a lionfish platter.
