Ideas on jerks blocking the stairs?

Would have to agree, I've never seen this either. The closest I got to that was on the Carnival Victory, we had a few Puerto Ricans that would hang out on the steps and talk loudly...and the suite beside us, they would all congregate and smoke on the balcony...it got annoying.

You probably didn't understand them, but they were plotting, and planning on which stairs they were going to block right after the Captains Cocktail Party. Very clever these Puerto Ricans! :cool:
