What food is used in Carnival's Edible Jewelry and "Don't Eat Tommy"?

We are sailing on the Conquest in a week and a half :D! I'm trying to tie up loose ends concerning my DS's food allergies. "Don't Eat Tommy" and "Edible Jewlery" seem like staples on most carnival iteneraries for the 2-5 year old group. I'm sure my son would enjoy these activities, but I'm trying to find out what foods they use on them so that I can bring him something similar that is safe. Anybody remember what they use? --Katie

PS-- I'm also cross-posting this on the Carnival board!
