Best night for Chops on the Serendade

We'll be on the Serendade in April and want to try Chops but don't know what the best night would be.

 

Can anyone tell me what nights are the formal nights...and what nights we don't want to miss a theme in the diningroom?

Night 1 Casual

Night 2 Casual (carribean)

Night 3 (formal)

Night 4 Casual (country) It is steak, but go to Chop's instead.

Night 5 Casual (50/60's)

Night 6 Formal (Lobster)

Night 7 Casual

 

I would say night 2 and 4, which is what we did.
