Flea markets or silver shops???

What is it that makes it so attractive to go to the fleamarkets?

Why not go just to the regular Silver Shops duly established?? :cool:

Flea-markets are not attractive to most Americans. We despise the fact that tour guides want to trick us into buying made in China junk so they can get a commission.

 

Duly Authorized Silver Shops? Who is the authorizing authority? The ones we have seen all have the same stuff. The difference is the Duly Authorized shops jack up their prices to absolute criminal insanity.

 

And the one thing I really think is funny is that when you ask if the prices are in dollars or pesos 100% of the time I have been told Dollars.

 

Folks, all the prices you see marked in Mexico are in pesos.

 

Why have I been giving so much effort to writing about these things?

 

Because I know what is going on and I CARE.

In the flea markets you can see a wide variety quickly, and get a feel for the silver marketplace and variety rices.
