Camp Carnival - Tipping?

I was reading some recent reviews of the Paradise (12 days.. YEAH) and read one where the reviewer said she tipped the CC staff.

 

Couple questions..

- Is this normal?

- If so, how much?

- and how and who and when? There are several of them.

Tipping not required. Its up to you.

We tip them. They take care of our kids all week.

Do not know if it is normal or not, but the night before the cruise ends I usually tip each group of counselors, because my kids are in 2 different groups. I tip any where between $20 and $50 per group, depending on how much time they are there. I hope this helps.
