Izumi Special Request

Does anyone know if it is possible to have something made that is not on the menu at Izumi. My wife and I would like to eat there, however my 6 year old son will not eat sushi, however he loves noodles. Is it possible that the chef could make a noodle dish for him?

They have hot pots on the menu with udon noodles and soba noodles.

There are a couple of noodle dishes on the Izumi menu, as well as some appetizers and "hot rock" dishes.
