I just noticed our cruise for April 5th on the Miracle dropped the price on our 8K room. I booked under the ES rate, but I booked through a travel agent. How do I go about getting the on-board credit???

Appreciate your help and sorry if this is a redundant question. I'm notorious for those, just ask my wife.....:D

your travel agent needs to request the rate drop- one of the downsides of not booking directly with Carnival.
