FishTale Posted January 22, 2005 #1 Share Posted January 22, 2005 Can anyone tell me if the 5A is a porthole cabin? I've been researching and thinking on doing a 5A guarantee booking, but I've seen the 5A listed as both Interior and Porthole on Carnival's website. I've tried to email Carnival, but they won't answer the specific question, they were only interested in me calling and booking. Also, does anyone have any insite to these cabins? Thanks- Mike

I found this pic on webshots of cabin R8...I just love webshots :) http://community.webshots.com/photo/157471024/158650857yMoveG
NHLady Posted January 22, 2005 #3 Share Posted January 22, 2005 friends of ours stayed in a 5A on the Fascination on our last cruise. It's the same size as the oceanview cabins and the windows are a little difficult to see out of, but they were psyched since they had booked a 4A gty and ended up in a 5A on the main deck.
