Luggage Assist on Victory

Last year on the Miracle, we could choose to have Carnival arrange to get our luggage to the airport for us. I believe it was called "Luggage Assist" or something like that. You were given the tags the last day of your cruise and you filled them out and put them on your luggage. After leaving them in the in the hall, you wouldn't see them again till you arrive at your home airport. Is this service available on the Victory?

We did the luggage express last May, it was well worth the $20pp.
