Catamaran to Turtles in Barbados

We will be in Barbados in May and want to take the excursion out to swim with the turtles. My problem is I get sea sick, even with meds, if the sea is choppy. Has anyone taken the Catamaran tour and how is the ride? Should I find something else to do?

Can highly recommend "Calabaza" catamaran tour. The catamaran is small enough that I don't think you will really get seasick. Take a pill before hand just in case.

Swimming with the turtles was the ighlight for me; although seeing the whales was also great.

Go. You will love it!!!!!!!

Honestly it will depend on the day and the captain. It was rough the day we went with shasa, he actually motored the whole way back in order to stay closer to shore. Sailing would have required us to tack to far out. DW gets seasick easily and slept most of the way back. I would say your best bet is with a larger catamaran. You'll still feel the rock but not as much as the smaller boats.
