Conquest Stateroom #8297

Has anyone stayed in this balcony room? I'm concerned that it is under the pool area on the Lido deck and that there possibly will be lots of noise in the mornings from people pulling the deck chairs across the floor. Should I be concerned?:confused:

We were on the Conquest sailing 1/9/05 - 1/16/05 & stayed in cabin # 8347. We did happen to hear the deck chairs being pulled across the floor from the deck above. It wasn't too bad nor was it on-going & I am a light sleeper. The first morning, I didn't know what it was, but DBF knew. :rolleyes:

I am also concerned about noice. I was on RC and was in a suite and had to put up with banging and clanging from around 11pm to 2Am every night. Was quite annoying. We on deck 8 not sure of room # off top of head. This is something I will have to check into. I do not want a repeat of before.

T, thanks for the info. When I inquired about the deck noise fron the Lido deck my T.A. said that I should be okay, that the noise started at about Cabin #8347. I guess your post confirmed this. I'm hoping we'll be okay. I do have ear plugs and I am not a light sleeper.
