Camp carnival (valor) age 2-5 question

Hi! Just a couple of questions about camp carnival age 2-5. (on valor). Do the kids get to play outside on deck while in camp? Do they get to swim in the kiddie pools while at camp?

We just got back, and our 3 year old did not go outside at all while in the camp. There is a kiddie pool on the deck right outside the camp, but it went unused the entire week. Granted, it wasn't super hot or perfect swimming weather, but there was nothing in the kid's capers from day 1 that indicated they would be using the kiddie pool.

The younger one's do not. The "kiddie" pool on the deck is for parents to bring their children. It's a little hard to insure all the children that age have sun screen, have permission from the parents to be in the pool, and take care of those who would not want to go in the pool.
