I have used Island Marketing - which we will be using for our Cozumel stop - they however also deal with other ports/activities and their Cayman portion is called grandcaymancruiseexcursions.com - make sure which one you are dealing with. I give Island Marketing an A+++++. Very quick response and they seem to have a very fair policy regarding cruises. We have not yet gone on our cruise, but so far so good with Island marketing.
