Recommendations for fishing end of August

We will be going on our cruise Aug 22 with HAL. Which port would be better for fishing? Ketchikan, Juneau, or Skagway, My husband and son want to go. Any recommendations for outfitters? My husband went on a 10 day fishing expedition with a couple of friends 3 years ago, but he went out of Seward and Homer. He brought back 80lbs of salmon and halibut and we ate every bit of it! LOL Can't wait to eat some more.
