Need some ideas what to do other than water excursions

Older folks going to Jamaica - what would you recommend doing while we are there that doesn't involve water excursions, may hire a private tour guide but again they ask us what we would like to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Ocho Rios or Mo' Bay? OR - you can do Fern Gulley, Wasai Pottery Farm, you can "see" the falls and use the stairs. There are plantations, Bob Marley, Rose Hall, lots of stuff.

We were in Ocho Rios in February, and we did a tour of Prospect Plantation. It was really interesting, gorgeous views and quite informative. I'm not much of a history/plant person, but even I enjoyed it! My favorite part of Jamaica.
