Good morning everyone :D

We will be sailing on the Monarch in July and I know that the ship should arrive back in Port Canaveral early in the morning. Our flight home leaves MCO at 1pm. Are we cutting it too close for that flight?

Thanks,

Erin

You will probably be fine. I know that they recommend not to fly before 12. We made it into the airport by 10:30 am on March 11. I don't know if that is the norm or not, but our driver even said if you had a flight before noon you stand a chance of not making it.

Of course, there's always the chance that something could happen to prove me wrong, but I think you'll be fine. We had a 12:20 flight coming off of Freedom last month, and were at the airport by about 10:30 or so, and that was after taking our time on the ship that morning. We used Cocoa Beach Shuttle to get back to the airport, so we didn't need to wait for a rental car shuttle or ship transfers.
