Eurodam SZ choice

RC Pup

Recommended Posts

We have the opportunity to upgrade to an SZ on the Eurodam this summer. (We have a "V" room reserved at this time). The cost would be an additional $1800. Your comments? Worth the price? Worth the upgrade? We appreciate all your thoughts

You don't say how long the cruise is, or whether the $1800 is total or per person, but: all you really get by going from a V to an SZ/SY/SS is 50% more space and "telephone concierge" service. That would not be worth $900 pp to me for a 7 day cruise! :)

it is the 12 day trip through the Baltic in June.
In the Baltic I would spend the money on shore excursions, especially in St Petersburg. If you have the money to do both, then you have to decide how much that extra square footage is worth to you each night ... because you'll be off the ship most days.
