Open Seating dining on Celebrity Summit

We recently reserved open dining for our June 13th Bermuda cruise onboard the Celebrity Summit. I was told you could go online and make reservations for each night ahead of time. I cannot get it to work. I called Celebrity and after about 4 calls no one can tell me for sure what the problem is. One time they said because you are not paid in full yet. The other people said it was because you can only book specific times when you are 30 days out. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I am going with my parents and they don't want to get stuck in a huge line or eating at 8pm. Thanks again.
