Bathroom facilities on shore

This is probably a weird question, but I need to know if anyone has had a hard time find bathroom facilities (clean) on shore excursions. We will be going to Dunn's River Falls with Peat Taylor, beach in Labadee, and probably land/sea tour in the Grand Cayman's.
I know the guys won't have a problem since they "can water the trees" just about anywhere, but, girls what about you? Any sugguestions?

Hi heylu. You will have no trouble finding clean restrooms on Grand Caymen. There are public facilities right at the dock which are well maintained, as well as restaurants and other businesses that offer tourists relief...

I don't know about the top of Dunn's River Falls, but I know there are bathroom facilities at the beach at the bottom of the falls.

I believe there are bathroom facilities at the top of the falls...near the craft market area. At least that was the way it was a few years ago when I was there.

Dunns river had several throughout the area. we travel with my parents who always need to stop and use the facilities and we didn't have any problems finding them at any port we stopped at.
