tipping on excursions

What is the norm for tipping on excursions? Bus driver, tour guide, etc?

Our tips for our excursions was not included. So, we tipped our tour bus driver after our trip. I believe that some excursions include tip, so you would just need to check into your excursion and see if it includes tips or not. We took the airboat tour in Costa Maya.

It depends on the price of the tour. If it is a personal tour ,one couple and one guide, it would be more. How much time it takes and how good a job they do. It's hard to just give an amount.

Depends where you are cruising? Some countries tips are not expected and some others it's an insult. In many countries, tour guides etc., are paid a real good wage and tipping is a bonus and not part of their "salary"....

Ok, it will be in Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel.
Do you give them $2,$5, $10 per person, or couple, or a percentage of what the actual excursion cost?
