Attractions accessible by bus?

Besides beaches, are there any attractions in Aruba worthwhile seeing that are accessible by bus? If so, does anyone know exactly how to get to them? I'm under the impression that the aloe factory and bird sanctuary and maybe even the butterfly farm are around the Palm Beach area. Am I correct? Are these places worthwhile seeing? Easy to get to? Anything else besides beaches I can get to by bus?

Thanks!

The Aruba Aloe Factory is not on Palm Beach.

The bird sanctuary and butterfly farm are in the Palm Beach area.

If you google aruba museums, you will also see a list of museums within walking distance of the cruise terminal.

Thanks, Lisa. I'm trying to decide whether I have to rent a car or not since I'll be by myself. I've read that the bus system is excellent, though it doesn't go everywhere, of course. Yet, it seems I'll have plenty of interesting things to do even without a car. I'll also take your advice to google the museums, too.
