LAMBS2 - Question for you or anybody who has sailed on the Star, cabins 8066, 8068

Hello!

I just booked the Star, cabin 8066 (which is one of the lesser obstructed cabins on deck 8). I've been looking at pictures of the ship trying to figure out how obstructed this view is.

Can anybody provide a description of the view from this specific cabin (or 8068, which is right next door)?

Any pictures or descriptions will be greatly appreciated!

Sorry. I originally was booked for an obstructed view cabin on the Star, but upgraded to a BA balcony cabin shortly before we sailed. Never got a chance to see any of the G category cabins on our Star cruise. We did have the obstructed view cabin 8064 on the Jade for 21 days with a B2B, and had some view between the lifeboats and down to the promenade deck. Nor sure how closely related the Jade and the Star are, however. I know the Jade is a number of years newer. Sorry I can't be more help.
