What's the earliest tour of Vatican

I want to tour the Vatican and Sistine Chapel before going to the pier for our cruise. What is the earliest that people can get in? I plan on having a guide and I want to give him the earliest time possible.

I believe that accredited Vatican Museums guides can get in at 8 AM, an hour before the actual opening time.

 

However, why not simply tell your guide that you must go as early as possible? If he/she is a professional guide, they'll know better than us what the earliest time is.
