We will have three days pre-cruise in Copenhagen. Wondering if the CPH card includes the train to Helsingor and if we should visit there while in Copenhagen or wait until our ship stops in Helsingborg and go from there. It may depend on what else there is to do in Helsingborg. Our stop there is from 11:30am-6pm.

If you wait until you are in Helsingborg and your CPH Card already expired you need to pay extra for all attractions in Northern Sealand which are included in the CPH Card:

So Maritime Museum/Kronborg is included in CPH Card as well as

 

Karen Blixen Museum (Out of Africa...)

and

Louisiana

 

Two musts on the way to Helsingör I love to see everytime I am there.

Karen Blixen house and Louisiana are both worth the stop. They have both film and voice recordings of Ms. Blixen and obviously Merle Streep listen to them as she has the inflection and cadence and accent down exactly.
