stevedam Posted January 26, 2005 #1 Share Posted January 26, 2005 Would you recommend me doing the stingray tour then finding a taxi to go to Hell and maybe the turtle farm?
cruznluvr Posted January 26, 2005 #2 Share Posted January 26, 2005 Yes, that's a good plan. We were in Grand Cayman last Nov. on the Navigator of the Seas & did the same thing. Not sure how long you're in port; but when we were there that day, we had time to go swim w/ the stingrays in the AM, then take a tour to Hell & Turtle Farm. Tour was $15 p/p & included admission to Turtle Farm. Our guide was very friendly. We even had a little time to shop when we got back to port. Have a good trip! cruznluvr Posted January 28, 2005 #4 Share Posted January 28, 2005 We've been to Cayman 3 times & always use Nativeway Watersports. They do a great job. I think the last time we went it was $30 p/p for 2 snorkel stops (at Stingray City & the coral reef) The boats have never been crowded either, usually around 15 people on board. When we returned to the port, there were several vans parked offering island tours. We mainly wanted to visit the Turtle Farm; but for the price of an island tour $15, we got to visit Hell also. This was cheaper than taking a taxi directly to the turtle farm.
