Wow... isn't this really early? We just booked about two weeks ago and we already got our docs... (we made final payment already)

Isn't it early even though we have already paid? i thought docs didn't usually come until much closer to the cruise date.. now where am I gonna put them! lol

When you book with Carnival they will send them as soon as final payment is made if you request. It depends on the PVP,some will send them out early.I always tell mine to send them a month in advance.

Congrats!!

I booked and paid in full for 6 cabins in November for a March sailing. I don't have no stinkin' docs yet...

Put them in a folder with all of your other cruise related items...cash-back letter for casino, research on shore excursions, email from TA or PVP, etc!

Yep I booked a specific cabin... I didnt request the docs but I guess since I made final payment she just went ahead and sent them... I gave them to hubby to put into the safe with the passports so they can't disappear...

I'm actually trying not to do too much research for this cruise, lol... we did the exact same itinerary last year and I actually had a three ring binder with tabs for each island with the confirmations of third party excursions and suggested things to do etc.. My coworkers made fun of me for months... lol... This cruise is gonna be a lot less excursion and a lot more chillin on the ship...

I remember last year very vividly! You were planning the Southern Caribbean and I was planning the Western. You had me beat by at least 3/4 of the three ring binder, but I had my hands full with my 'folders'.

Now we get to do this all over again this year.. except, I'd just as soon leave the excursions to the DW and DS, and 'chill out' too.. ;)

Just made my final payment yesterday.. Guess I'll keep an eye out for the postman to deliver my 'docs'.. :) Yeah, right.. Fat chance..

I called my PVP today w/ a question .. .she told me my docs were printed on the 19th of this month, so they either went out in last weeks mail or will go out this weekend!! YEAH!!

Too bad BF is away from his apartment right now & wont be there to get them! But at least I know they're printed!!

Unfortunately -- no assignment yet .... the ship is about 75% full according to the PVP, so I'm still 'unassigned'. She did say to give her a call next week and she'd re-check it for me, but if the ship is that full, I'm pretty sure that we're not gonna get an upgrade. Oh well. ..
