Plantation Club on the Sky... is there food?

I've seen some mention of the Plantation Club on the Sky, and it sounds like someplace I'll want to spend some time..... nice view, nice wine list, etc. I've also seen sporadic mentionings of food you can order there..... anyone have any details? Does the food come with a charge? Is it just appetizers?

The plantation room is nice, I don't think it has food itself but there are plenty of other places to get something and bring it there

 

We liked the Outrigger lounge alot. It was at the front of the ship and the plantation is at the back.
