how is the diving in Costa Maya

We will be diving with Blue Ocean Safari in costa maya on april 20. Has anyone been diving there recently? how was it?

We dove with Maya Palms the first of January and it was wonderful. Our first dive was a wall where we dropped to 110 feet and worked our way up. Vis was about 150 feet and at around 40 ft at the edge of our vis we saw a Whale Shark. It was confirmed by the Captain of the boat we were diving from. Scared the heck out of me because I thought they would have been long gone and all I could make out was a HUGE gray shape that was definitely "shark" in shape.

Reef is healthy, lots of wildlife, great time.

you must be the person who wrote about their costa maya dive a little ways back. I read that and I thought wow, how lucky to be able to see such an amazing creature. I don't expect to be as lucky but I will be looking!

I was there in December and found the diving spectacular. The visibility must have been at least 80 feet.
