Captain Bryan's Snorkel/Stingray Tour

Has anyone used this tour operator lately. I met someone on spring break that just raved about their experience using this tour operator, but it was a few years ago.

We did a walkup excursion purchase at the Cruise Dock with Soto Cruises to Stingray City for $40 each. They were very professional and they treated us like family friends. This was really all the excursion we could have possibly wanted. The Soto Family simply pioneered the water sport- diving here in 1956 and we enjoyed our conversations with the son. The CD of our experience was a wonderful souvenir for us to bring home.

We did Captain Bryan's/Hannibal excursion a few weeks ago, and probably wouldn't use them again. We showed up at the designated time and were told to come back in an hour as the morning tour was running late (Carnival didn't arrive at the expected time). We then realized that our tour would quite possibly have to be cut short due to our ship's departure time (everyone on the excursion was on our same ship). Captain Bryan seemed very pre-occupied during the entire excursion and yelled at his "mate" several times during the trip. There were only 25 of us on the catamaran which gave us plenty of room to move around which was one positive. The boat was also nice, the equipment OK.

WE have used him twice and had great times, no problem, good music and drinks.

We also have used him[4 times] and just emailed him to book for August.
