I came across this article about how they are wanting to do big time development on Stone Island. It is already translated. Plans are for a 700 million (56Million US) project. Plans include a marina.

In reading this closer, it looks like they are seeking investors, etc for a proposed development. I would think this is still many years away. It would be even if they had all investors lined up, all permits and approvals, etc. and this just doesnt seem to be the case.
