Boarding Times on the Legend

We just got our cruise documents for the 2/20/05 sailing of the Legend of the Seas out of Ft. Lauderdale. It states that we board at 2:00 and leave at 5:00? Has anyone been on the Legend lately? If so...

 

1. Did you really have to wait til 2:00 to board?

2. Was there food available once you got onboard?

3. Can you check your luggage earlier? How early?

4. Is there anything close to the boarding area to do? (Our plane gets to ft. Lauderdale early in the morning!)
