sssteph Posted April 18, 2010 #1 Share Posted April 18, 2010 I have an extra $37 of OBC but I have no idea where it came from, Im not complaining just wondering how I can find out? I cruise tomorrow so I guess I can ask guest services. Also, my cruise is no longer listed under my reservations, do these get removed the day of the cruise or something? PaulMedik Posted April 18, 2010 #2 Share Posted April 18, 2010 .............. Also, my cruise is no longer listed under my reservations, do these get removed the day of the cruise or something? sssteph, Yes. And after the '..........you sail in 1 day' message, the website does not say 'You sail today!' I wish it would, but it doesn't.

Probably the $37 is some sort of Carnival refund ;but ,you can find out at guest services once aboard the ship . Don't worry about your cruise being listed just have a great time on your cruise.
