Himself Posted April 19, 2010 #2 Share Posted April 19, 2010 It looks like all our ships are at Sea except the Eurodam and the Noordam. Thanks for the report. With two ships already in Europe and another on the way, can we be too far from the treck to Alaska? In another month there will be lots of ships in Alaska. David, thank you for the report. trvlcrzy Posted April 19, 2010 #4 Share Posted April 19, 2010 ...can we be too far from the treck to Alaska? Ryndam is on its way to the Panama Canal (with some port stops along the way, of course) to head toward its Alaska itinerary. DH and I are counting down to Alaska this time, but we will not be aboard a ship. Who is supposed to take care of the cooking?!?!? Egads, how primitive! We will be renting a car and various hotel spots along the road... Fairbanks, Denali, Talkeetna, Cooper Landing. We are hoping for clear skies at least one day within sight of Denali. I will certainly miss the atmosphere of a ship in Alaska. We've done that three times, so now its time to see the land, I guess.
