Anyone Interested in Late Jan/Early Feb 2012 CC Group Cruise to ARUBA on Miracle?

We are in too, for the two of us!! We are planning to make it a back to back with the alternate itinerary. Any idea when this might be bookable?? SO EXCITED!!

We are waiting for word from the powers that be at CC. First we will have to be declared an "Official Cruise Critic Group Cruise" (I think we are going to be OK there! LOL) then we wait for pricing and all the details. Could take a little time but that's why we are called the Waiters! :D The more time we have to chat and get to know each other the better!

I am having trouble keeping up with all the new "Aruba waiters" but I'm so glad we keep growing. I haven't seen Steve check in yet. Someone call him because it will take both of us to get all these nametags done :eek:

 

The cocktail party was a really nice start to getting to know everyone anamanxs. I hope you can get some of your SPIRITERS friends to join in.

Hello to all the new posters!

Mrs. Squirrel, I'm so happy you feel that way! :D I hope everyone else feels welcome too. Please don't hesitate to jump right in! No need to be a lurker! Even though many of us have sailed together before we always want people to feel welcome. "The More the Merrier" has been our motto from the begining and that motto has resulted in some of the greatest friendships ever made, not to mention the awesome memories we've created along the way. And we know that each new cruise will bring even more great new friendships and memories! :)

 

I know I speak for all of the Miracle Waiters (Part 1.. :p ) and Freedom Rockers when I say "We can't WAIT to meet all ya'll!" :D

The SPIRITERS was the first CC group to ALASKA this year. First round trip from Seattle in the Spirit, so thus the name. There is another CC group in Sept that is one way. Kathi is the one that told me/us about this group (she was supposed to join us but had to pull out but we consider her part of us), than then there is Kim and Eva who are also watching this group; they have posted under their screen names.

 

As, I said we were just a small group and my first time as a group leader; so still have a lot to learn but I am willing to help where ever needed.

This seems like an awesome (and big!) group!! This will be our first CC group cruise... and I am looking forward to meeting everybody! After six cruises (and our seventh inFeb. 2011) we still have not been to ANY of these ports!! Woo hoo!!!

Yes, I think it's still really nice here...well, most of the time...well, not in the winter! LOL Summers are the best. So much to do. Yep, Summerfest is alive and doing great...if you haven't been in a long time you wouldn't recognize the Summerfest grounds at the lakefront, now it's called Henry Maier Festival Park. It's a great venue for all the summer ethnic festivals too.

I have avoided reading this thread because I knew if I read it, I'd want to go with you all on this cruise. Oh well, go ahead and put us on, Sharon and JT. We sailed on the Miracle in 09 and had a great time. We've never been on a CC group cruise but reading your posts make them sound like an incredible, fun cruise. Hope you hear some news soon. If Aruba is included, I really, really want to go.

Great comment Sally! Someone is always here..:) thats whats nice with this group. The lights are always on! We talk about anything and everything. But, as the cruise plans develop we will spend lots of time getting to know everybody here on CC. also plan events, meet and greets and also what to do in these great ports. Any insider knowledge with any of these ports really helps the group as a whole. Stop on in and say hello anytime!

It's best to just give in to the temptation and join us. The first cruise for many of us together was on the Miracle in '09. We really like having people join us that haven't tried the CC groups. You won't feel like an outsider with us...... And since Aruba will be included, you certainly can't go wrong.
