Av8tor Posted April 29, 2010 #1 Share Posted April 29, 2010 We'll be ending a cruise in Seattle at Pier 91 next month and would like to stop in town near Pike's Place or Pioneer Square for a few hours on the way to the airport. Is there anywhere near those areas (other than hotel bellhop stands) to check a small roll-on bag? Perhaps luggage lockers or some such service somewhere near the lightrail or bus stops... Thanks for the help!
calikak Posted May 5, 2010 #2 Share Posted May 5, 2010 I'm pretty sure there's a luggage storage place at Pier 66--you might want to take a taxi there, drop your bags at the luggage storage, and then walk over to the hill climb elevator at the base of Pike Street. Of course, then you'd have to come back down the hill, get your bags, and then get back up the hill to the light rail...although, once you come back down the hill, you could take the free #99 bus down to the end of its line and get on the light rail at the International District tunnel station, that wouldn't be so bad of a connection. I don't know of any other bag storage places downtown...wondering if the Greyhound bus terminal might have one? It's within an easy walk of the shopping district and the Westlake tunnel station. Or maybe the Amtrak station, which is right by the International District tunnel station.
