Does anyone know who the current CL Concierge is? On a 12-night Mediterranean cruise, when do they start offering laundry discounts (e.g., all you can wash bags, etc.)?

The very nice "Ivan" was concierge last week, although I think this is the change over week and "Ed" from guest servives was going into the lounge.
