Shore Excursion Help

I just returned from the Carnival Dream on April 10th to the Western Caribbean which I had planned for since last April. Well, we just booked the Dream again for July 3rd with very little time to plan the excursions. For Nassau, we arrive at 8:30 a.m. and the ship departs at 2 p.m. so we don't have much time. Looking for a beach where I can lay out in the sun and my husband and 14 year old can rent waverunners. Any suggestions or should I just book something through Carnival? Also, need help in St. Thomas as far as beach excursion also? Thanks.

We are doing the British Colonial Hilton from the Dream in June...We booked it through Island Marketing...It was $40.00 for adults and $20.00 for children...It also included a $25.00 food credit for the adults and a $10.00 for the children...Don't know about renting anything though...They did have an extra snorkel excursion that you could do...I think the price went up a little the first of May...Plus, we could walk to it from the Dream instead of having to worry about transportation...:)
