mll1013 Posted May 5, 2010 #1 Share Posted May 5, 2010 I've been searching the board for Vancouver parking tips, but haven't found a lot of direct information on where the best place is to park in Vancouver. How much can we expect to pay per day, and are any of the parking options safer and/or more convenient to the cruise terminal than others. Thanks for any tips you can provide us with. Putterdude Posted May 5, 2010 #2 Share Posted May 5, 2010 Due to available land, parking is quite limited and very expensive in the downtown area of Vancouver and around Canada Place. Parking at Canada Place is $23 per day and CruisePark operates a secure/surface lot several blocks east of the pier for $120/ week and shuttles you back and forth to the pier. The Best Western-Downtown offers a cruise, park and stay package but that is the only hotel downtown that I know of that does. Accent Inns operate a couple of very nice surburban motor inns that offer similar packages. http://www.cruisepark.com/home.php http://www.vinciparkcanadaplace.ca/index.html www.bestwesterndowntown.com/ www.accentinns.com/
born 2 cruise Posted May 5, 2010 #3 Share Posted May 5, 2010 We left the car at CruisePark last year. There is someone on duty 24-7. We are flying this year or would have left the vehicle there again. If you are driving from Seattle and need fast way thru customs and to cruisepark write me putting Seattle to Vancouver in the subject box.
