bragstarr Posted January 30, 2005 #2 Share Posted January 30, 2005 Nan, if the ship is getting in on time, I'm getting to the pier at 11:30 in hopes of gettting on the ship around noon. Apparently now NCL is putting a notice on their website when the ship is going to be arriving late; they did it today. It is my understanding that the beds separate in all the cabins into two beds. If it is set up as one, just ask the cabin attendant to separate them. Why don't you log into mapquest and do a search from Port Canaveral to Port St. Lucie? That should give you a fairly good idea of the distance. Now that I've given you all those answers, pop over to our Roll Call thread and say hi, we haven't "seen" you for a while. jeannep Posted January 31, 2005 #3 Share Posted January 31, 2005 Mapquest says it is 102 miles and will take you 2 hours to get to Pt.St.Lucie from Port Canaveral. It might be a fun trip to try. Don't forget you have to add in the time it takes to rent a car. We have never gone on the Dawn in the winter but have done it 2 times in the spring. We usually arrive at the pier at 11:30 and we are on the ship by 12:30. Hope that helps. You are going to love the Dawn. Enjoy! Jeanne
