Formal dinner nights on 7 day Valor cruise

I am pretty new to cruising...this is my 2nd one....and was wondering if anyone knew which nights would be formal dinner nights on a 7 day Sunday to Sunday cruise on the Valor? We leave on the 30th and I want to make reservations for the supper club but not on a formal night....so any help would be appreciated! I love reading the threads and they are soooo helpful. I have learned a ton. Thanks guys! :p

Just so you're not shocked when you go to dinner on "Elegant" nights the dress code has been toned down.

 

Some people still dress to the nines and others are at the other end of the spectrum.
