Ine Posted May 15, 2010 #2 Share Posted May 15, 2010 Across the terminal in Puerto Vallarta you will find Walmart and Sam's. To the left of this there is Galleria Mall with Liverpool as leading shop. But much nicer is shopping in Old Town, the streets along the Malecon and also the streets behind is are filled with nice small shops. Take a cab or bus to get there. rjscott Posted May 15, 2010 #3 Share Posted May 15, 2010 In each of these ports, there is shopping at the pier. Ine has already described the shopping to you at PV. I've gotten some nice jewelry there, and they will bargain with you, especially if you buy more than one item. In Mazatlan, because it is an industrial port, you need to take a (free)tram from the ship to the terminal, where there are lots of shops to wander about. In Cabo, once you get off the tender, a few steps will take you to the indoor shopping plaza where you will find most anything you might be looking for. But, Cabo also has many upscale stores if you are willing to walk a bit farther (or take a taxi). Just follow the street on around and you'll see the stores and restaurants as you walk. You can always stop for a drink or something to eat, and enjoy the people watching. Have a great time!
