Credit for prior cruise

My mother cruised on RCC a few years back. She went with a group of friends. We have booked a cruise on Oasis in July. I called RCC to see if I could get her credit for the prior cruise and they couldn't find her on their system? My mother doesn't travel much and didn't know to sign up for the prior cruise. Any ideas on what I could try next? I talked with someone at the line, but don't know if I should ask for a supervisor?

If she has anything from the cruise they'll take that as proof. Seapass card, Pictures, Etc.
