Select Dining & Wine Packages?

Has anyone had any experience in preordering a wine package for dinner & choosing Select Dining?

On our previous sailings, because we sat at the same table, the sommelier just delivered our bottle to the table every evening. What happens when you are at a different table every night? It seems that it could be kind of inconvenient to have a different sommelier track down your open bottle of wine every night. What's your experience?

We had no problem with them finding our wine in select dining (just ordered by the bottle and not a package but did not finish the bottle each night). I believe they labeled the bottles with your stateroom number and stored it so they could be located with that information. We did have to tell the sommelier about this and then they would retrieve the bottle. It wasn't ready and waiting when we were seated as it is in traditional dining but it didn't take too long.
