Suggestions please....

We are going to cab it from the ship to Seven Mile beach. Any suggestions as to what beach we should go to that has good drinks, food and fun?:D

Your basic options are the Royal Palms/Reef Grill location of 7 Mile Beach, the Seagrape/Public Beach/Calico Jacks section or the nearby new Tiki Beach Section.

We were at Royal Palms just last week. It was closer to our ship than Sea Grape. I thought the beach was wonderful!!! The sand was soft and the water crystal clear. (Nicest ocean swimming during the entire cruise)!

We rented 2 chairs + 1 umbrella $24. US :rolleyes: 2 "fun" cocktails... $16.

Yes, it was pricey, but I'm so glad we went to enjoy this beautiful beach.

Last week we stopped on Grand Cayman - bought day passess ($10 per person) for the Marriott Resort - facilities were excellent - beach chairs, umbrellas & towels were provided. Parasailing & jet skis were also available through Red Sail. Had lunch on the beach - outside bar.

Took the public bus to the Marriott - taxi back to the pier.

Highly recommend it!
