Key Lime Bike tour or what to do with 1/2 day

We will be in Key West this coming Friday (5/28/10) for one day with a cruise ship. We were there a year ago and saw a lot of the typical tourist stuff (Hemingway house, Truman's house, conch train tour, Southernmost point, Mallory Square, etc.).

 

I had read about Lloyd's Bike Tour, but I wasn't able to sign up for it. So, I'm looking for something else to do.

 

I found something called Key Lime Bike Tours - $35 for 2.5 hours. Has anyone done this or know anything about it? I tried calling, but I could only e-mail them.

 

Or, if you have any other suggestions for two 50+-year-olds, I'd appreciate your input. (The ship sails at 2 pm, so we can't go to Dry Tortugas.)
